Discussed stopping an LLC.... Mr. Ferguson told me he was going to stop it and he didn’t. His lack of resulted in me owing LLC fee and penalties, interest and fees. I’ve reached out on numerous occasions to try and rectify the situation. I received a copy of the stopped LLC paperwork months after requesting which resulted in me owing this bill. Very disappointed and not happy with the treatment of this firm.
