Love the efficient yet personable service at Exact Tax. They don’t just plug in the numbers into a corporate tax program to generate a number but they explain the tax codes and how it affects your overall tax obligations. A five star professional service.

My previous accountant recommended Mary to me and i have been using her ever since, not only is she accurate with tax filing, she also gave me advice on financial planning, she is multi talented, i would like to express my gratitude of her service here so more people can benefit from it, all I am saying is having a great accountant solves half your problems in life.

We used Exact Tax services this year and couldn't be more satisfied with their work! Everyone was so professional, helpful and friendly, that it really left us pleasantly surprised. It is super easy to get in touch with anyone there and to reach out for any questions you might have. They are literally always available to answer! They are very fast and efficient and we've got everything done in a few days! Thank you very much Nathan, Josie, and the entire team! Hopefully, we'll meet again next year!

They get 1 star for filing my taxes and -4 stars for charging me more than my husband and blaming inflation. You’d think they’d give you a discount for being a repeat customer but instead their price goes up every year.

Mary is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable tax accountant. I have been going to Mary for 8 years. Two years ago I moved 2 hours away but I make the drive to see her and will continue to do so. Mary asks the right questions resulting in positive outcomes even when I didn't expect to have deductions. Then she is very patient as I retrieve the requested documents online. Mary is very friendly and never hesitates to thoroughly explain answers to tax questions.

This place is terrible!!! The accountant there is very irresponsible and hard to communicate. We have to find another accounting firm to do our taxes and bookkeeping, and EXACT TAX gave us a hard time for transition by not giving us all the necessary documents; and they stopped to do our payroll prematurely so we have to scramble, very unprofessional. We feel so regret to have used them. I strongly suggest you stay away!!!
