Arthur Burk Tax Time has been preparing my tax file for many years now. They have been very helpful to us. We have lived in Modesto, Sacramento area and now in Texas and I will continue to have them help in my tax preparation. I also want to support the family business. They work very hard!

They are always so nice! And they were very patient with my 1 year old. She can be a handful and make it hard to attend appointments. But the ladies were so sweet to give her stickers. They are awesome!

In 2014. I decided to have Aurthur Burk's Tax Time file my taxes for me. Six months after receiving my federal refund, I received a notice from the IRS, stating that the tax information filed was wrong, and I actually owed 1000.00! I called Arthur Burk's and asked to talk to Mary, the person who did my tax preparation in 2014. According to the IRS, there were two mistakes made by Mary on the 1040. I made an appointment to talk about what happened. After talking to the IRS, I did find one answer as to why I owed. The second mistake was due to the displacement of numbers on the 1040. There was no apology from Mary or Arthur Burk's Tax Time. That being said, I foolishly decided that use Arthur Burk's Tax Time for 2015. Mary did honor a 50.00 coupon I received in the mail. Even though it expired 2 days prior. I figured that mistakes happen. A different lady did my taxes, and again I received a federal return. I asked the C.P.A. doing my taxes if I should set up payments with the IRS at the time so I would incur as little interest as possible. She said there was no need, because my current tax return would be absorbed by the IRS, and I would be ok, due to the fact that I was getting over a 1000.00 back. That was not at all TRUE! I am still making payments on 2014/ 2015, (two years of interest) due to the fact that I listened to Arthur Burk's Tax Time. I did use someone else's services for 2016. There was never an apology of any sort, there was no one there offering any assistance,or advice as to why this happened two years in a row. I am out a total of 2300.00.
