I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never experienced such disrespect before. Professionalism is a must for any business, but LAN’s behavior was beyond unprofessional. Personal comments about clients should never be uttered. When I asked questions, I was met with extreme condescension. Treating clients this way is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Choose anywhere else where you’ll be treated with respect. My family and I have been coming here for as like as I can remember, and we will never return after this year.

Amazing customer service. I have been coming to this establishment for several years now. Even when I decided to not file through them for a few years they were so welcoming when I returned. George’s assistance was unprofessional. I don’t think she knows what she is doing. The worst thing is George’s been allowing her to treat their clients with her bad attitude. I wish I could give them no stars.
