Unprofessional, they prepare your taxes and NEVER answer your calls again We received a request from the IRS, to be able to process/finalize the taxes and we needed the assistance of the office They never answered again, if they dont want customers, they should close Not even because of education (which they dont have) do they answer If you have any problems, especially with the IRS, better look for another office

If you go expect to have some free time because they do take their time but they helped me a lot with my taxes. I used to have to pay with someone else which seem odd to me since they did take a lot from my paycheck but once I came here I actually got money back. They are good at their job they do like making conversation but just try to keep it short on your end and you'll be fine.
