Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I've been going there for years Karla was doing my taxes suddenly in the process I was never able to speak to her or email me back again. My taxes were in limbo and close to deadline. I would call and they would tell me she will call me back, the receptionist was not nice. I have no idea what happened but after so many years and to be treated that way?? I took my business somewhere else, what type of business dosent finish there work, what type of employees do they have and fell to respond. How can someone trust a business that fails to do there job, and let me tell you my taxes have always been simple. They dropped the ball very hurt and disappointed. Go somewhere else.

I have been coming to see Karla for four years. Love the one on one service and that I can make an appointment. I use to go to tax guy in Huntington Park and waited for hours. Glad I made the switch. My questions are always answered and they sent me a reminder every year. Check them out, you wont regret it.

Billy and Fast Tax have been our “go-to” accountant for all of our tax needs for 5 years.. They are neighbor hood friendly Eagle Rock/Highland Park and surrounding LA area and you won’t get better, more effiecient, knowledgeable and above all friendly personal service ANYWHERE. I’ve been to all the Century City accounting firms and Fast Tax is superior.

After my old tax professional suddenly decided to retire I was left w/no one to handle my taxes. Thankfully, he forwarded all of my information to the folks @ Fast Tax Services and its as if he had never left. They had all of my information. Transition was a breeze. 2 years later and I continue to visit them to take care of my tax preparation and e-filing needs. Their office has a nice atmosphere. I had to take my kid in w/me this past Saturday and they had a smart tv w/Netflix already set up so he was totally taken care of while I was getting my taxes professionally handled by the tax pros over at Fast Tax Services. I will definitely continue contracting their services in the future. Highly recommended.
