My experience was terrible. Ryan never responds to email or message through the platform he told us to use. I sent in all my information in January and he still filed for an extension, without letting me know. Running my own businesses you can imagine how frustrating that is. I recently received bills from the IRS saying I owe money. I of course sent in the amount and vouchers that Ryan gave me. Apparently he got the amounts wrong, I did not even ask him I just paid it. When I say it takes literally months for him to respond, it takes months. Ridiculous. It got to the point where I felt like I was bugging him. I would call once a week. His secretary's kept telling me he will call me back or get back to me, never did. I finally just walked in.

Jackie and Dorothy have been wonderful throughout the years that we have been using JC Booking for our business. They are extremely prompt in answering any questions, be it email or phone. They are experienced and trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Thank you JC Bookkeeping for helping our business succeed with your services! We appreciate you!

I highly recommend JC Bookkeeping. They are like a family with their clients and respond to all business needs. They hold up the highest standard of service and a pleasure to work with. We work with them for both payroll services and tax preparation. They truly make our business nicer to run and we can always rely upon JC Bookkeeping.

J C Bookkeeping is excellent. In addition to bookkeeping they run my company payroll. They offer other services as well. These women are professional, experienced, friendly, and help keep my business organized. They are a great team.
