I was recommended using this tax preparer by some trustworthy friends. I will say, very helpful when I was there. But, when it came up to a follow up phone appointment, absolutely horrible. I was watching Jacquelyn enter my phone appointment on her calendar, "there's no mistake that I had a phone apt." When that date came and gone, I never got a follow call. It's been close to 30 days since I was supposed to have a follow up call regarding my taxes. l've called several times, even talked to her assistant which was helpful, but even startled that I didn't get a call back. Very unprofessional, happy to listen/ help and take my money when l'm there, but, can't keep a simple phone follow up apt? Just...wow..... Would I recommend Jacqueline???? No....make no mistake, unprofessional and unreliable.. The only reason there's 1 star is because I can't post without rating on the star 1 Update.... This was posted on the 6th of June. Took 2 hrs to get a reaction and reply. But did I ever get a phone call follow up? No, I didn't. I even waited to see if I would get a phone call, "it's the 19th." 14days since I wrote my review, that was replied to within 2 hrs... This is a chicken sh#t of trying to save face and trying to get new clients.

We typically do not expose our experiences for all to see. However, our refinancing experience with Jackie was so efficient and stress free we felt we had to share something to let all know SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. Jackie provides a work ethic that is both professional and personal.
