We’ve been going here for two decades. Their service is good most especially from Rolly when he was still alive. His successor Elain for the business has taken the responsibility of what Rolly has started and she has never failed assuming the responsibility she is well versed with all the current Tax codes and legalities. Her staff most especially to Ryan, Joseph and today Joey took care of our needs. Kudos to the staff and thank you!

Constantly ignored my emails, postponed filing my taxes for over a month. Attempted to claim returns for job expenses (certificates and trainings, work clothes, etc) and attempted to provide receipts. Said I did not need to do that. Gave me the worst and smallest tax return I’ve ever received in my life. I could’ve done my taxes myself on TurboTax for free and gotten and larger return.
