Just came in and out because the lady there clearly told me she is a very basic tax preparer and was not willing to help at all or answer any of my questions patiently instead she was rushing me by saying she didn’t know much and that I should go somewhere else where they are more knowledgeable. I wonder now why they are willing called Tax pro’s!? They should be called TAX ROOKIES 100%! Don’t recommend this place at all.

I bet the other people are great but TANYA is a spawn from the underworld. I went in overall confused, lost but ready to pay whatever was needed and wanting to be educated. For Tanya to speak disrespectfully to me like if I was a child. Glad thou I ended up @ the Tax Station Complete opposite of service compared to Tanya. She's been in that same spot for 20yrs, she'll still be there for another 20. Is no surprise with that mindset and courtesy.
