Agustin was great!
The people working at this Tax Liberty office were not knowledgeable and made several errors in the process. The gentleman who completed my taxes used a pen to mark the documents that he was finished with. When I asked him not to do that he was surprised at the request. At the end of the taxes he asked me to come back to get my documents back. I have never seen these types of practices before. Be aware that they have a $50 fee if they end up not doing your taxes. I will never do my taxes at Liberty Tax ever again. My overall total was $600.
I am very happy with the service. I did not have to stress about filing and I learned a lot about how to file.
