I had an undesirable customer related experience while getting my business taxes done at accurate bookkeeping. As a first time customer my first impression was wow and how do they stay in business. As, I expressed my concerns to Barbara and her team they listened carefully and heard my complaint. Barbara and team members took action steps to resolve my concerns. In addition made me feel comfortable with continuing my taxes with thier company. Barbara and team provided a great customer experience while turning a negative situation in to a positive situation and solution. Accurate has been doing my taxes for years they've help me with a lot of special things that of come up in my tax filings and over the years I have always had a great experience with them. The office staff is friendly and courteous and do a great job trying to fit you in to a busy schedule during tax season.
