2nd and last time here. Told I was GUARANTEED to get an advance on my refund. Fast forward a couple days later after a very brief phone call followed by "ok bye" being hung up on, "I'm not eligible" for an advance because I didn't make enough??? If that were the case I could have been told this upon leaving that day. They'll say anything for you to file with them. Service and professionalism is zero stars.
