Constantly raising prices with no warning. You only find out after you get an invoice. Dropped me as a client for no reason with no explanation in the middle of tax season after I already submitted a biz return that I was waiting for. Zero stars if I could. Thankfully my new accountant found tons of errors and oversights in my 21-22 personal and biz tax expenses and write-offs that I was able backtrack and recoup some money. Who knows how much I lost or missed out on for the years prior to that. He doesn’t rush the job. Takes the time to ask me questions and explain things to me and works thoroughly to ensure he and his team do the best job as they can for me. Blessing in disguise!
