Stay away from this business all they want is to take your money because when you get a letter from the IRS requesting information or a correction they expect you the customer to follow up and take care of the issue on your own. isn’t that why we pay them so they can represent us in case of an audit or response to letters all I’ve been getting is the runaround for the last 12 months regarding my tax year 2019 I have yet to receive my refund and every time I call them they tell me we’re checking on it will call you next week and nobody ever calls back
