I did my taxes with them this year 2023 in February now we're in May and still nothing from my taxes. I have been calling and no one is responding and I have been calling for a couple days.

Love working with Jackie. Have been going to her for years and years. I have moved to Sacramento but still drive to Hayward to get my taxes done. She is straightforward and gets them done in no time. Thanks Jackie

My dad went to him for help to send a form to his union for tax purposes aswell as notarize it so it would be professionally done 1) my dad kept asking him if he knew for sure that the form was filled properly and all he replied was yes ,yes,yes for every question 2)my dad had got a letter back saying that the form he sent was filled incorrectly 3)the only reason I gave him 1 star was because I am amazed that he is still in business what a shyster
