I have been a longtime customer and time and time again, he has not been honest in his work. His recent negligence has put me under a stressful audit under the IRS and I have been fined. When I have gone to him, he has been rude, slow to respond, and condescending. He has done nothing to help address my situation. He downplayed my worries, so I have repeatedly asked him for my original documents to go to another accountant. Instead of handing back what is mine, he has refused my request and has held on to MY documents. No one should go to him for tax return needs. I should have left a long time ago.
