I filed my taxes and paid for the services 2 months ago but it wasn’t until I got frustrated checking the status on the irs website that I called H&A to state my concern, I was told that everything looks good I just need to wait for the irs because they are backed up. Literally two days later the irs website showed my status as filed/received. I’m pretty sure H&A hadn’t filed it until I called and inquired. That’s not cool it’s supposed to be filed on the spot make sure to ask for the e-file receipt if there is anything like that because the paperwork they gave me are the print outs and a generic copy paste letter they put my name on stating thank you for filing with H&A

Called and got all my questions answered. Went in person and got all my tax issues resolved. Ended up spending less than what I used to pay as well. Very pleased.

I called H&A tax services only to ask questions, and the gentleman I talked to so kindly answered all my questions and put my mind to ease!! I would definitely recommend them!
