We have been using Nichols for several years now. This year we have been ghosted after we sent in all our required information. Attempted to contact Erica for information but cannot get a reply or call back. Do not think an extension was filed for us either.

My parents have been coming here for years and have been trying to get me to stop using Turbo Tax and have Nichols help us out instead. The process with Erica was simple and quick and really helped my husband and I. We will definetly be coming back next year!

I have been going to Nichols Income Tax for 24 years and during that time I have always used Lynn as my tax preparer and she has done a great job. I will continue to come back for years to come.
