Please Don’t come here for your Tax and other services , the customer service is very very poor , no response, not understanding your time , they will waste your time, which is they waste my time , I have appointments and waited 3 days and when I arrive waiting 1,5 hour waiting after my appointment time , then they didn’t complete my work , which is I told them at first time and the time I arrived , please please don’t go there ,

Do not come to this place. Refused to help our family when we received an IRS notice after filing with them. They constantly kept deflecting the issue and refuses to help us in contacting the IRS. First he suggested to call the IRS so then we asked him to call on our behalf. But he refused saying "They won't pick up the phone its better to write a letter." So then we asked that he draft a letter for us then he said "Don't bother writing a letter, the IRS will just rip it up." All in all, this firm refuses to take responsibility and assist with any tax filing issues that they had filed in prior years. VERY poor ethics and we will finding another CPA that is actually trustworthy and helpful. DO NOT BRING YOUR TAXES HERE!!!
