We were really impressed with the service that Mark provided. We felt that he heard our concerns and addressed them proactively. We had always done our taxes on our own prior to starting my (Justin) own handyman business. Using the Turbo Tax and H&R Block software was sufficient before we had itemized deductions and all that other stuff I don't really understand well enough to know that I'm getting as much of my money back as I can.
