Cassidy and his team were able to help us clean up the mess our previous CPA had put us in. Our previous CPA advised us incorrectly on many matters. Cassidy and his team have been able to clean up, and advise us on future growth. With his help we have been able to focus more on growing our business. We have had no more tax surprises since we moved with him. We know how our business is going throughout the year, and how much in taxes we are expected to pay by the end of the year. So glad we found MBS in 2021! They set up QBO so I can track my growing construction business and know exactly where my money’s going at all times. They take time to explain financial statements and answer questions so I understand what’s going on in my business. They even send Loom videos to walk me through reports or answer questions! I feel like I have a much better understanding of my taxes and how to plan for what’s coming up. I highly recommend MBS if you want monthly accounting that lets you focus on business growth.

I operate a small local 501c3 animal rescue and needed to rectify some IRS filings . Due to the previous CEOs accountant that didnt take care of much anything. The paperwork was new to me and I wasnt sure where to begin. I reached out to several agencies and nobody had any CLUE on what to do. I was on my last rope. Luckily, I found MBS AC and Mr. Ricardo Vallejo was able to provide great insight and guidance on how to approach our dilemma. Unfortunately, the pandemic affected us and we were not able to purchase the services due financial hardship but Mr. Vallejo was courteous and professional and gave us the necessary info (push) to submit the work ourselves. I run a small junk removal business and I’ve been doing everything myself for years. My business is growing and I just don’t have the time and expertise to handle a larger accounting system. I tried other accountants and I just never got the service at a level that Cassidy and his firm provide. Cassidy is a serious professional and treats his clients with over the top service. He has even hopped on a zoom meeting with me to go over details on a Sunday!!! I run my business the same way and to me, that tells me a lot about the true dedication he has. His team is excellent! MBS is one firm you can count on having your back as your grow and need that extra eye and professional advice.
