I walked in here to do my tax return for the first time a few months back during tax season and walked right out the people here are rude and I won't be back. I thought I walked into a nightclub with all the loud music they were playing. I prefer my tax return to be done in silence so there won't be any mistakes. I see why some people said they make mistakes. How can you concentrate with loud music playing ? I'm taking my business else where to have my taxes done accurately. That's a bad first impression to have music blasting and rude attitudes

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years I have no complaints what so ever they are very professional and customers is there number one concern I seen the last couple of reviews and I understand that people get mad because things don’t go the way they wanted I’ve came to realize that no matter how hard this business tries to please customers it won’t always be like that because we all have different tax issues and not always are we gonna be happy to hear a response from the IRS much less when we feel that we are getting the short end of the stick if anything instead of leaving a bad review to the small business why don’t you give a bad review to the organization that causes this I think people are just scared there might be negative results if the do this and they are probably right. So they take it out on the little guy yea let’s hurt the small businesses because I don’t like that they didn’t get me money back What a shame People are quick to through you under the bus once u are no use to them But for many years you use this business and one mistake happens and you write a whole essay on them I think these people didn’t even write essay like this when then went to school but to speak ill on anyone you’ll write a book. It’s a shame this country has pampered everyone for so long that they actually forget to be humble and be god fearing people. We all have a right to make mistakes but mostly we have a right to be respected when told on us on those mistakes no one has a right to belittle anyone that contributes to this place we call home Try to belittle the big organizations that keep us from success see how that goes for you. Anyways I went off topic. This place is and always will be my place to go for my taxes and whenever I have any questions regarding taxes Great people work there always happy to see your face.

Let me start off by saying this guy Oscar is very shady and unprofessional. He calls himself the tax doctor but he's more like the tax nurse. He's not a doctor of doing taxes. He messed up my taxes by putting single instead of putting head of household. He even told me out of his own mouth if he doesn't like u he'll put whatever to mess up your return. I've been doing business with him for years but ever since 2021 he's been slacking. I've even gotten an audit going to him and when I approach him with different issues he tries to shame me for calling and gets an attitude. Just unprofessional. Any issue you may have with your taxes he always has an excuse for it. Oscar is very untrustworthy. Not to mention he lies and doesn't take accountability for lying. He filed an amendment and told me it has to be mailed. But he knows I like everything done e filed (for faster processing of my return). Instead of taking accountability for lying he tells me after he doesn't have the software to e file. But he only tells me that after I bring up the issue. He lied about amendments having to be mailed as if it's mandatory by law. He shouldn't lie to customers about that so they could have the option to e file or mail it. But with Oscar he lies and he's hoping people are naive enough to believe his lies. He also plays loud music in the office while doing your taxes. He's bound to make a mistake from not concentrating. I recommend staying far away from this place. I can't repeat enough very shady and unprofessional. He just told me today to go somewhere else instead of trying to help a paying customer. Poor customer service. He definitely deserves zero stars

Unhappy with customer service skills of receptionist. Cut me off in the middle of my sentence saying she was in the middle of something and then proceeded to hang up instead of putting me on hold

Mr.Luna and his team are great and well versed when it comes to helping the people do their taxes. I have excellent service each year. I highly recommend this establishment.

I would definitely refer this place to all my friends and relatives. I had many complicated questions regarding my taxes that were resolved, and I greatly appreciate honest expertise. Truly a wizard with numbers. Thanks, Tax Doctor
