I was on hold for 9 minutes and then goes to voicemail saying the voice box is full and then it hangs up, Ive called them back six times but still no call back.I started at 2:53PM its 3:04 PM and they close at 5PM. Kinda annoying how they hungup on me and when I call them back they ain't answering. For sure.
Great customer service have been going here for the last couple of years i can say I'm completely satisfied
Great service, low cost tax preparation. Polite and friendly staff. The staff is so experienced and did my taxes so quick. I highly recommend this place to file taxes
When you finally realize doing your own taxes Really is not fun, you call Benjamin! IN N OUT in no time, I've been with them last 4 years and it's always been great!
2nd year in a row I make an appointment ahead of time and I'm given an appointment 8:30 am and informed that my preparer won't be in until 10:00 am. My preparer stood me up both times. Mr. Benjamin was very kind to work me into his schedule. Thank you
