I will not recommend Suzanne Werden for any tax or bookkeeping. PLS. TAKE MY ADVICE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you are an entrepreneur, pls. stay away from her. I asked her to do my bookkeeping and tax. she charged be over, 2600usd. She did not separate my expenses properly, she told me to go home and do it myself and she will do the rest. She did not email me to ask about zelle or wire transfer transactions. Not only that, but she mix everything together however she likes. Furthermore, she did not provide me with any paperwork, no profit and loss statement. She made mistake on my tax papers. She also make mistake on my house address and I had to point it out to her. can you guy imagine? CHECK THIS OUT. She did my tax and print out the papers for me. I asked her to send a copy to my email. she told me she will have to scan it and send it to me. She filed the tax on the computer, but she doesnt have a copy unless she scanned it manually and email it to me. she said i can do that myself. after sending constant email.. she scanned it and send it to me. It felt like I was back in 2005. Her office is full of papers everywhere , so disorganized. I regret spending my money with suetaxgirl. i will not recommend her to anyone. If you dont list to me.. you will learn the hard way.

Most of these positive reviews have not dealt with a real legit account that will get to the bottom of every expense, and clean your book out real nice. If you are a business owner, stay away. Thank me later.

I had to call 7 times to talk with the accountant 3 weeks after she failed to submit my taxes. I was promised a callback 3 different times and never received a call back. I was in limbo for almost a month, not knowing the status of my return or even if I was getting a return. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely agree with all the negative reviews. Doesnt return calls or emails, does filings incorrectly and should retire. The BBB & IRS need look into her business soon to put an end to customers having to deal with this corrupt company.

Worst place to do your taxes. Didn’t receive my tax refund. She messed up my taxes. First she said I will get a refund and called her after a month to check she said that I have to pay $2k. I’m like okay thanks for not letting me know. I called her again to process my application but she wouldn’t pick up because she’s on vacation. Now I have to pay interest and late fees to the IRS all because she didn’t know how to do her job properly.
