I contacted Nidhi CPA in July for tax optimization advice. Before our meeting, I was required to fill out a comprehensive intake form, which I promptly completed. Communication with her is only possible through her portal’s messaging feature. Initially, she responded quickly, but informed me she was traveling and wouldn’t be available until August. In August, I had to follow up myself, and we finally had a brief 10-minute call, where she provided basic advice that can easily be found online. For more specific advice, she requested I upload my past two years' tax returns. Despite some hesitation, I was assured by her assistant that the data would be secure, so I uploaded the information. Since then, over a month has passed, and after multiple follow-up attempts via the portal, I still haven't received any response. Now, my account has been disabled, and I am unable to log in or contact her. I’m extremely concerned about the safety of the sensitive information I shared, especially since there’s no way to delete it from her portal.

Summarizing my bad experience even before I signed up so folks who are exploring new CPAs can save time. I reached out to their phone numbers and it didn’t work. I found the number on the flyer and called no one picked. I texted and Nidhi herself replied saying her office would reach out after the weekend but no one did. I tried contacting her again to which she apologized and said it will be sent over soon and I’m still waiting after 3 days. Now I’ve given up and hiring someone else. Even if this person reached out I wouldn’t hire because they don’t seem to value customer service and people’s time. Wonder how this CPA got so many positive reviews here. If you are looking for a CPA and stumbled upon this high rated CPA, move on and save your time.
