I have been doing my taxes here a few years now with Elizabeth. I recommended multiple family members to come here. I help my senior parents do their taxes because they have struggled to get it done in the past. Fast forward to us all doing ours this year and mine went smooth no problems. Did theirs on the same day months ago. Got my return fast however my parents still had not recieved anything. We had agreed for them to charge themselves from the taxes. I suspected something wrong and called a week ago and left multiple messages to no reply no response. Very unprofessional, after calling today i was let know they hadnt even been filed. My parents were relying on their return by now. This is crazy I have to be calling and calling and still am not sure they will be handled with priority.
