Tarabyte did a really nice job customizing our Fishbowl reports and when we have technical needs, Jeanne has a great calendar app that gets us on her schedule as soon as she's available. Also she hosts a very informative monthly webinar to point out enhancements/fixes by Fishbowl and answer questions submitted. It's very well done. Paul

Tarabyte has been a lifesaver when it comes to our ERP system FishBowl Inventory. They have given us training and information when we couldn't get it directly from the source. They have a firm understanding of how the accounting works with FishBowl. I find the support at FishBowl doesn't understand how accounting works, just the technical side of their product. We have also had custom reports done and let me tell you, ALWAYS come to Tarabyte! They are quick and know what they are doing. I have purchased custom reports from FishBowl and they are never correct, they take way too long, you can never speak to anyone and the price is now triple what it used to be. We have used FishBowl for 3 years now and we have seen many changes, not all for the better. So I highly recommend Tarabyte for your FishBowl Inventory support and custom reports, they have really saved us in multiple ways!
