Yesenia, Kelby, Maria, and the whole team are great at API. They are always willing to educate and walk through everything required to run a business - from payroll to taxes. I recently received a few notices from the IRS which included fines and Yesenia was able to resolve the issue and get the fines removed. I highly recommend them for any of your business/tax needs!

I reached out to API because I got a letter in mail from the IRS claiming I owed over $15k! I hadn’t filed taxes for a few years and the notices just kept coming. After meeting with Kelby and Yesenia, I had peace of mind and full confidence this was going to get fixed. They assured me that they were going to be able to reduce this amount significantly. To my surprise, I only owed a few hundred dollars and even got a refund from the state in both years! The case has been fully resolved and I’m all caught up on my taxes. I am so grateful for API and can’t thank them enough!

Kelby breaks it all down for you. If you've got the interest to understand, Kelby isn't afraid to go into the details for you. The more complex the question, the more interested he gets. It's nice to have someone to bounce questions off of who understands that we all want to be on the right side of the tax code, but we also want to be knowledgeable about how to optimize our finances for tax efficiency as well.

My Taxes (and books) are such a scary mess that my girlfriend has been refusing to get engaged until I get it all squared away. As a small business owner, for the last decade I've attempted to handle this by making taxes and accounting someone else's job. "Someone Else" didn't always do a great job, and for the last week, the California Tax Board has been in the process of taking part of my retirement for taxes they say I owe from seven years ago (during which time I was moving from NC to CA). API Accounting are my literal heroes. They've been helping me get everything to a point where my partner and I can start a family. I don't even want to call out names because there is an *entire team* of people helping me get to a place where I can relax knowing my federal *and* state, corporate *and* personal returns are all in-order and up-to-date. Thank you to everyone at API for the huge help you've been and continue to be.
