In 2019 she accidentally added an extra digit on my tax return. She refused to fix it. And now i owe hundreds of thousands to the irs. I don't recommend her at all.

Claudia's warm personality and knowledge in the industry make it an absolute pleasure to work with her. In my opinion, though knowing what you're doing comes first, knowing how to work with people is a close second. In addition to being a qualified and seasoned accountant, Claudia is organized, patient with her clients, and knows how to build relationships (a good relationship with your IRS agent is essential when you're being audited, which makes the last point especially handy). Definitely would recommend her if you're looking to hire a new accountant.
