Oscar was recommended to me by a close friend. He did not disappoint at all! The only "complaint" I had was him not answering some messages... turns out he was busy with plenty of others clients, which is a green light. Make sense why the delayed responses at times. Mr. Mondaca was very patient, very detailed, received my calls, quick to clarify, AND a local "Chula Vistian"... def will go back! UPDATE: I just received almost 10K letter from the IRS for the issue I had asked Mondaca to fix... Might update later once more.
