Act like they are they to help you then when they find out they can’t make money off them they just throw you to the side I was promised a family type environment yet when I faced complications rocio said there was nothing they could do for me. Really a fake environmenthorrible customer service from Rocio whatever you do don’t trust anything they say they told me they could atleast set up a payment plan but then said they don’t offer that there basically a slap in the face horrible horrible service 0 stars if I could

He needs to update and adapt his business scheme or else he will succumb to the online amicable plethora of online options. Poor customer service, misses deadlines, runaround, doesnt return calls. First time customer most likely the last .

Hector and the team at Bonilla Accounting have always been helpful and provided great honest service especially with Hector's expertise and knowledge. The reason I keep coming back is more than just the business, it's the interaction and relationship. They genuinely care and treat you like family.
