Ron was recommended to me by a friend and he's super awesome! He helped us form our LLC and got everything filed including obtaining our EIN number in less than 10 days. He's super responsive to text messages or emails or whatever communication method you use to reach him. I'm super happy with his service and his pricing is extremely reasonable. For the same service, LegalZoom was going to charge me twice as much. I'll definitely keep Ron in mind for future needs. I cannot believe I haven't reviewed Ron yet. He has been our tax professional for 6 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He knows what he's doing and makes a unpleasant mass of documentation and tax laws into a stress free experience. His rates are reasonable and he is simply a good guy.
