When we were planning to increase our workforce and needed HR services, ePay Payroll was our last resort. They provided on-demand HR with Zack and Mohammed on-call. It was a strategic and well worth it business call, as Zack especially was extremely helpful, creating forms, answering questions and more. One thing our staffs will attest to is prompt payment, as ePay handles our payroll. We keep our staffs motivated with early and well calculated payment. scam alert, the owner zach here, tell me one price then switch it up later. We ended up not using their service to incorporate the llc. However we kept them for our payroll service. Then next year came along, the owner then gave me a price to do the tax, was $1,500, which was suppose to include the book keeping. They ask me a few question over the email, then send me my tax info. When i ask them wat about the book keeping, they he reply its not included. Total scam, it was suppose to be included otherwise why would doing a tax for a llc cost $1,500 are you serious? we should have went with another company which charge $1,700 but it include the book keeping, just doing the tax alone was only $350. Then they proceed to charge my account. I am taking them to court. Such a scam
