I used Mr. Turner to help me settle my late Father's taxes with the state and the IRS. He was very helpful and professional. All of my Father's issues were resolved successfully.

When Mr. Turner did not receive the extra money he asked for after my mother refused his services in order to obtain a licensed lawyer, he began to call my mother names like (an evil person, an unsupportive wife, asinine, etc). He then goes on to drop the case all together. I would never recommend Mr. Turner for his unprofessional business practices. If I could give less stars I would.
