Slow to respond to calls and emails. When they do call back they have good customer service. Our taxes weren't processed on time by the office so we have been waiting much longer than normal for our return.

communications very slow. Got audited and when asked for help they just ademend my 1040 to the IRS letter and did not review anything.

Nightmare unable to contact did my taxes wrong.Does not return emails or phone calls.She cannot represent you at the Irs she is not authorized and her Mother is retired. Beware it is pretty awful.
