Zero Stars!!!! We started with Victor in 2016 and for the past 2 years it's been the same. You make an appointment and they won't call you at the appt time and if they do they call super late!!! Today I had an appointment and they never called!! 30 min later I decided to call them and said " hey no one called me " and Victor answered me by saying"what is your question" what do you need" I said "I had an appointment " he replied by saying he was super busy and will call me back when they have time!!!! I expressed how unprofessional he has been to me and how this also happened last year but I looked passed it and tried to give him a chance Again!!! He was so rude on the phone and said "do you want to file your taxes or not? I replied by saying that I was no longer in need of his services!!! The receptionist was also rude by saying well we have been super busy we have to call you back!! I made 2 appointments this year just to accommodate their schedule. Victor has become very rude and unprofessional!!! We also found out he has not been doing our taxes the right way!!! Please take your money elsewhere and prevent a headache!!!!

Excellent Service, truly the best place to do your taxes in Bakersfield. Everyone was very friendly and the office was super nice and clean.

Today I when to victor to file my taxes and I say it was the best experience ever he took his time to explain Everything step by step and I never felt more comfortable doing my taxes . To be honest I will not go to another office I have found my for ever office and I will recommend him and his staff to everyone I know thank you victor.

I first came to Victors office 5yrs ago to have documents notarized..he was very professional , affordable, and gave me a same day appt. Thats where I learned he also had other services. Ive filed my taxes with him 4years now and I always recommend him. Victor and his staff are very helpful, answer all my questions, and its always so easy to make an appt...I will definitely be returning next year.
