The worse experience in processing my annual returns in 35+ years. First impression, Ray appeared to be professional and possessed the experience to provide a good service. After two years of not receiving returns, contrary to my prepared returns from State and Feds, I questioned Ray. He responded with statements which needed clarification which when asked became extremity difficult and evasive. He never did answer any clarification questions and immaturely closed business ties - which I actually appreciated....
