Ashley, Fran, and the whole team at Tax Ninja are fantastic! We made the switch after several years of doing our own taxes online and are kicking ourselves for not making the switch sooner. The ladies took great care of us & answered all our questions. This is a great local business that is very deserving of your support. No doubt they’ll take great care of you as well.

Prompt professional service and always answers my call if I have a question throughout the year. If you want a tax preparer that listens, knows how to smile, and takes care of business, then this is your place.

Tax Ninja is basically a data entry company. Per the owner they will put your numbers in right or wrong from your W2. They do not double check the numbers. My W2 seemed wrong to us and we even asked about it. They said it was ok and four months later we are still trying to fix our taxes because my employer didn't do my taxes correctly. We only found out through the Arkansas revenue department what was wrong not Tax Ninja. I asked the owner of Tax Ninja why they didn't catch it and that's when I was told they only enter numbers and do not double check anything. Our last tax preparation place would never let that happen. Is Tax Ninja worth the money if they don't do anything but type some numbers in? You decide.
