I used her last year due to me waiting last minute I had to use an online service. Big mistake, she gave me advice and helped me out after that disaster. Last year I had to bring my son with me, she let him play with her sons toys and go in their backyard to play. She made sense of my complicated tax return (I have rentals) and treated my family like her own! Plus she was a third of the the price than H&R Block! We appreciate you ma'am stay blessed!

I do not have enough time or space to write all the great things about Letys! We have been struggling for three years to find a tax preparer I saw Letys recommended multiple times in my mom group and decided to give her a call. She responded quickly and we got in to see her a few days later. Within five minutes of starting she found multiple errors from the past tax preparers that we used. She answered every question I had, explained what would or could happen next bc of said errors and fixed them for us! she is the absolute nicest, and sweetest! She found us deductions on stateside that the other prepares did not even look into because it didn’t help us on federal. She kept us informed and updated every step of the way! I am so happy to finally say we found our tax preparer in NWA! If you want someone who actually cares and takes their time to make sure everything is done correctly Letys is it!

Lety has been wonderful to me, I cant find any complaints with her or her services. He is too kind and knows what he is doing. He is so patient and you can tell that he likes to help and that is why he does what he does. I havent had any problems with my taxes since I did them with lety. Their prices are fair. I cant imagine doing my taxis with anyone else! She answers all my questions without hassle. She wants the best for all her clients. Lety is a very sweet and genuine lady! I have no complaints when it comes to her and her services. She loves what she does and she loves helping and finding solutions for everyone. She makes you feel like at home when with her. I’ve never had issues with my taxes or returns with her like in previous places. I dont see myself doing taxes anywhere else. Shes so easy to talk to and she answers all my questions. She’s very easy to reach & super flexible! I go back and forth with my English and Spanish and she understands me, her being bilingual is a plus!

let me just say she explained everything so well to me i understood everything she did while doing my taxes and the reasons to why and how it works i felt i learned alot by just her taking the time and explaining everything she filled out for me in my taxes i can gladly say i will be going to her for my future taxes every year thanks lety your service was A+++

Everyone should use lety’s tax service! I was so impressed with how quick she was to respond to any questions I had through out the whole process and was extremely reliable. She explained in full detail -any credits or forms that simply did not make sense to me. I will be using her again most definitely!

I filed my taxes today at Lety's Tax Service. She was great; very knowledgeable and informative. I felt very comfortable with her. Everything she said makes sense, and she was just as nice as you can be. She was very thorough, but didn't drag it out longer than it needed to be. I'm also very happy about the cost. It was very, very reasonable.
