I have used several CPA's but Melanie is the best. Professional yet friendly and kind. The first one I've met that knows all about precious metals and the tax code. Goes way beyond what other CPA's have done to prepare the most accurate tax return. As an added bonus, she handles taxes for Oklahoma as well as Arkansas.

Let me start off by saying I'm a small business owner in a line of work that may be unfamiliar to most in my area (the business side of it, at least). With that being said, I have been searching high and low for a good CPA to meet the requirements that I felt I needed. I set the bar pretty high, but that was most definitely not an issue for Melanie. Within the first 10 minutes of our consultation, I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. For starters, she was very knowledgeable about her line of work and detail-oriented, which was what I was mainly searching for. I needed someone who could find all the little details and utilize them to my benefit, and she proved herself to be just that. Keep in mind that I did not initially inform her of everything I was looking for in a CPA; my point is that the entire interaction felt very genuine. With all this being said, Melanie is quite the renegade when it comes to handling—or shall I say "hacking"—your taxes. She dances outside the lines of traditional accounting, pushing boundaries to achieve innovative solutions for her clients, all while respecting the legal authority of the IRS. I left this consultation feeling confident, knowing I have Hack Your Tax on my side. I Highly recommend Melanie!

What an absolutely amazing experience. I found Hack Your Tax on accident. I was calling places all over town because I had a very unique tax situation that I really didn’t feel confident with going with just a regular tax preparer. My attorney highly suggested an extremely knowledgeable CPA, his suggestions were all in my hometown in California and I really didn’t not want to fly out just to do my taxes. And I found the absolute most perfect business and person to assist me in getting my taxes filed. Melanie Radcliff is not someone who you come across often in life. She truly cares about you, and of course ensuring that you are protected and properly represented to the IRS. I had previously spoken to my attorneys CPA and he made it seem as if filing my taxes this year was going to be a painful and arduous process. I came into see Melanie basically in a panic because I waited to almost the deadline. And she identified that I was not okay got me something to drink, a snack to eat and brought me back to earth by answering all my questions in ways that not only made sense to me, but also broke it all down to me in terms that I would understand. I’ve been to many tax places over the years and I absolutely hatred going in and watching someone put the numbers in and have this awkward silent moments. You pay them there fee and you cross your fingers that you don’t have to come back. That’s not the case at Hack Your Tax. Not only did she go over my entire return with me, but we had a lovely conversation though-out the process. The best way I can describe it is like coming to your life long friend’s place for he/she to help you with something. There are very few places now of days that really cater to building a real relationship with you. If you’re on the fence on where you should go and are looking for an experience that cannot be competed with. Then Hack Your Tax is the place to go. Am sorry for such the long review, but the experience merits it. I've had an in-person meeting and several text conversations with Melanie regarding our taxes, definitely enough to feel confident with an outstanding review and recommendation! Melanie is so down to earth and sympathetic, she listened to the details of how I wanted to proceed, offered suggestions and within a week had a complete plan for this next tax season that I would never have thought of in a million years! Her years of experience show through in a calm confidence and easy going demeanor, it put my frustration at ease after just a few minutes in the office. All of the changing and complex tax laws have me gritting my teeth at tax time, this is the first year in a very long time that I'm actually looking forward to this next tax season, and that is %100 thanks to Melanie (Radcliff). If you are on the fence even a little bit about who to help get your taxes filed with, you aren't going to lose a single thing by at least calling over to the office and giving her a chance to help.

I started working in the gig economy in July of 2023 for a little bit of extra income. Before I realized it that side hustle turned into a tax liability. I have done my own taxes for several years and I put in my numbers saw what I was going to owe it made me sick. I thought I new how to file taxes it's simple right???? WRONG!!!! Melanie turned what I thought was going to be a major problem into a relief. I am now fully self employed and will be a return client. She cares about her clients like family.

Melanie and her team have provided invaluable support to my business over the years.
