Very unprofessional. Waited two weeks for a simple phone consultation and on the day and time not only did they call 15 minutes late but then the secretary sent us to the cpas line and he rejected the call and we were told he is to busy today to do this planned scheduled consultation and that he has deadlines. Do not schedule a client if you do not have time for them you are no more important than anyone else.
