Martha Atwater cost me an extra 10k. My usual tax guy was out of town for a while so I went with 1st choice. I was late to file so I knew I’d end up paying more, but when she did my taxes they said I owed 14k (out of 50k income). I took it to my regular tax guy and when he ran it through I only owed 4K??? Either she’s just bad at this or this company doesn’t care about helping you.

When I arrived, I found the staff to be excellent and very friendly. Until I received a fine (larger than what I generated in the year) that not even they can explain to me why? They only read me the same document again or flat out or answer me. It is a pity

After paying for my paperwork, Mr. Capotosti has been ignoring my inquiries for more than two weeks until the deadline passed today. The money I paid was for a service not just auto-filling application. This unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour has pushed me away to build relationship with this place.

Affordable and not a relationship building tax firm. Definitely a number. The lady that answers the phone never greets you.. a hello Mr. Smith and how are you goes so far... But doesn't exist here. I'm still dealing with the IRS from 2021.
