Chad canceled on me less than two weeks before the federal extension deadline, saying my case was too complicated. This was after he had had all my info and documents for weeks. Unprofessional and flaky

Second year in a row I have used them. Very professional. Always treated great and no matter how many questions I ask they always respond quickly. I used to use turbo tax. Never again. David and Chad are the best. Period.

Definitely would not recommend going here. After being on the phone for under five minutes just now after waiting all this time to speak to him, I was made to feel so uncomfortable because chad made me feel stupid for asking about tax questions because I clearly need help understanding how things work.
