Disagree with those praising Bottom Line. NO CPAs there, just amateur accounting certificate holders. The old man needs to retire. Forgets everything.

We thought we were doing a positive move to this firm, wrong decision! We went from bad to worst! There not CPA's or have authority to speak with IRS on your behalf. I found after we signed up, we ran into issues. We provide everything that was requested but service is not good. The co-owner spoke with me in August or September 2022, they had an issue with other client's taxes not being completed. They needed more time, I understood. They forgot about us again, I called. We finally got tired of it. Its three months later, paid $3200 for lousy service. We never got monthly, or quarter reports or meetings. I left original paperwork of TY2021, they misplaced it or lost it. I was given copy. We requested a partial refund, no return calls - wanted a meeting but we didn't feel it would accomplish anything. BEWARE!

We recently received a letter from the IRS with a $2,000 fine and a threat to seize our assets. This was due to one of mutiple mistakes Bottom Line made on our taxes, and refuses to correct. Don't let the fancy lettering on the side of the building fool you. This place is ameture hour on steroids. The guy that runs the show isn't even a CPA if you can believe that! Getting church friends to post fake positive reviews is pretty low too. Save your money, your sanity and your reputation. Hire a company that actually knows what they're doing. The only thing this company is good at, is turning the dream of business ownership into a nightmare!

Awesome place! My Taxes were done properly, very professional and kind funny people. Felt very good about my refund..very inexpensive compared to the other corporate guys who take a big peace of the pie. Very satisfied with the honest work completed ⭐⭐⭐👍👍

They prepared my taxes for 2019. My taxes were filed 2 months late from the date I submitted my paperwork, which was well organized; I am an accountant myself so I know what it takes to have documents organized especially for taxes. We've complicated returns and that's why we have always used CPA service before them. So in addition to late filing, they charged me with a bill way higher than my past CPAs...Upon inquiry they were not able to provide me with their standard charge sheet, what was provided was a run down on the numbers making up for the total. Plus, they charged me fee to review my return that they prepared before submitting to IRS (that's unethical); not to mention, I showed them several errors on the return that they had to fix. Huge delays in responding to my emails and phone calls. They also prepared my sister's return, single with one rental - $578, extremely outrageous and there was no symmetry between our charges (no standard rates used). I opt not to use them again. They violated the laws in place for public as a tax preparer and responsibilities for their client.

Bottom Line has been such a huge role in changing my business and life financials. Both my husband and I run businesses and we had been through some adversities, after praying about it we sat down with the owners and knew instantly we would be in good hands. Not only have we been able to project what our business will do, we know how we are doing in our personal life too, with the guidance of these amazing people of course! They enrich our lives with knowledge and skill set, they are relational not transactional, and are always there to guide us quarter to quarter.
