She has been extremely unprofessional and refused to respond to emails until a negative review was left by my wife. Then she accused her of going around the internet and leaving negative reviews in multiple places (which would have been deserved).

Trudy has done our taxes for two years now. We are small business owners who sell primarily on Etsy and wanted to go to an accountant who understood small business related topics. Her office was terrible at communicating with my mom! Also thanks to her office she had federal taxes amounting to $2900 deducted from her account twice within a week. When we called we had to leave a message. We asked her to call us back to help resolve this and she never did. I hope no one else has to go through the frustration that my mom did with her!
