I asked if they were taking new clients. He went no, sorry, I asked if he knew anyone that does. He hung up. WOW! You would think he would be more professional. No class. Here's a piece of advice. You catch more flies with Honey than you do with vinegar.

I am so pleased and satisfied with the work done by this company's accountant that I am always going to use his services for all my tax return related work. This is a great company and you should also try using their services at least once.

I called this CPA because of his five star review. After he learned my company is owned by our parent company overseas, he said he couldn't help and hanged up my phone right away. He didn't even talk to me politely and was very rude.

RACISTS! Worst customer service I've ever seen. I would give zero star if I can. Their attitude is so bad since the moment they picked up the phone. And they hung up on me without giving me a chance to explain my situation. DO NOT go through them!

Dick Steiman does a great job on my small business taxes and handles my accounting needs and questions. His wife Sherry is training my staff on Quickbooks. A very dynamic duo!

We have used Richard to prepare our personal and business taxes for the past several years. He is efficient and speedy. To our great relief he found a tax solution to a huge financial loss we had years ago. We highly recommend Richard's CPA services!
