I visited Paul at the beginning of December to inquire about using him to do our taxes, the meeting went great and he was very nice and seemed professional and good at what he did. I then sent him an email a few days later letting him know that we would like to use him for the upcoming tax prep. I received no response so about 10-14 days later I sent a follow up email and again received no response. I then called his office and spoke to a receptionist and gave her my info, she said she would make sure he followed up with me, and again nothing. I am not sure If I did not fit his clientele or if my taxes where to much work for him, really have no idea why he has chosen to ghost me. I just feel that it is very unprofessional to ghost people, if you don't want to work with someone then just tell them, we are all adults, rather then leave them hanging and then have to go and find another CPA. This is just my experience I had with Paul and his office
