Luz and her team are the best in the business! I have been with her since 2006. She has thousands of clients. She is honest and by the book. A true professional. (Tocayita)

I have them my W2's last Monday and Luz said she'd have them ready for me before the weekend. The weekend passed and she still hadn't called me so I called on Tuesday. They then told me to expect a call back the next day. No call. So I called them again on Thursday and they said they'd give me a call back. Nothing so I tried calling one last time with the same results in the end. So that same Thursday I went into the office to see what was going on with my paperwork if they didn't have it ready to just give back my forms and within five minutes someone came out handed me all my W2's and 1099's and wished me luck and sent me on my way with nothing done.
