This place is VERY professional. I highly recommend. We've been using Arizona State Accounting Services, LLC for about 10-years, and in that time we bought, sold, moved, had kids, changed jobs, etc. Aaron and team took care of us every step of the way. The first time my husband went had an awful experience. I continued to go the last 2 years because I did not know where else to go. I have had a great experience. The price and service are great. They now have the most kind and customer service oriented receptionist.

After several months of waiting for AZ State Accounting to file my 2021 tax amendment, I have decided to leave this review as a last resource to see if things get done. I have sent multiple emails to Aaron and Steven, I rarely get a response, after more than 3 months, 2 weeks ago, Steven told me over the phone that my 2021 tax amendment was going to be ready by Friday June 23rd. It is now July 4th, and I haven't heard back from him, I tried calling him for several days, and most of the time, I can't get to speak to a person. I had a good experience with this business back in 2020, but not this year, I'm tired of chasing them to find out that they haven't filed my 2021 amendment, I paid for this service back in January 2023.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people do not know how to do their job at all. January my husband went in for a new itin, and said it would take 6-8 weeks , we call to see if they have any information regarding that. And take our names and number and say they’ll give a call back & NEVER DO. Thank god we only got to do the itin here and not taxes. Definitely knew I should’ve stayed with Rápido Express ! This place is very unprofessional, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Submitted tax forms on January 21st via the portal. I then called to make sure they knew my forms had been uploaded. The girl who answered the phone confirmed they were there and all was good. Fast forward 8 weeks and 3 separate calls to “check in” and all three times was told they are working on them and they would be done by the end of the week or the day depending on who I spoke with. This brings me to today, I called to check in and was asked to give the preparer 15 minutes and he would call me to end the game of phone tag. There was no phone tag, just repeated excuses of why they hadn’t been done. Pretty sure that after 8 weeks they hadn’t even been looked at. This was not a complicated tax preparation. Just my individual taxes. It’s a shame as in my previous dealings with Aaron everything went well and I had used him for multiple previous years. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Update- The response below from the business is false. No one has reached out to me even once. Even during the 8 weeks they had to complete my basic return. I had to call them repeatedly. They have phone and email for me. If someone told the manager they reached out they are telling their boss a lie.
